If your require to cancel your booking, you must contact the centre no later than 6pm the day prior in order to receive a full credit on future bookings. Due to staffing wages and programme expenses, on the day bookings will incur a 50% cancellation fee. For any emergencies/special circumstances, it will be the at the coordinators discretion if a charge will apply.  

Sickness/Absence for After School Care: If your child is unwell or will be absent for After School Care, you must notify the centre no later than 10am the morning of the programme. You will be eligible for a 50% credit on future bookings. Failure to meet the 10am deadline will result in a full charge for the day. Note: WINZ payments will not be credited or refunded.

Sickness/Absence for Before School Care: If your child is unwell or will be absent for Before School Care, you must notify the centre no later than 7am the morning of the programme. You will be eligible for a 50% credit on future bookings. Failure to meet the 7am deadline will result in a full charge for the day. Note: WINZ payments will not be credited or refunded.

Sickness/Absence for School Holiday Programmes: If your child is unwell or will be absent for the School Holiday Programme, you must notify the centre no later than 9am the morning of the programme. You will be eligible for a 50% credit on future bookings. Failure to meet the 9am deadline will result in a full charge for the day. Note: WINZ payments will not be credited or refunded.

Credits/Refunds: If you have a credit on your account, this can be used on any future bookings. Unfortunately we cannot apply credits to any active bookings, credits must be applied at the start of your booking. Refunds are subject to approval, and may take up to 3 weeks to be processed.
