Freyberg Community Pool

We have been delivering top-quality childcare services in Palmerston North for nearly 20 years. Our programme is based out of the fantastic RedSox Clubrooms – a short few minutes walk from Freyberg Community Pool.

Freyberg Chill Out offers the kids space – a big indoor venue, a large outdoor grass area and netball court space, and plenty of room to swim in our aquatic centre.

Our staff are experienced and passionate about delivering the best childcare services in Palmerston North, while also creating new friendships between our children, and working with families for all their childcare needs.

Before School Care

Need to start work early? Our programme is ideal for those who require care in the mornings. Our programme starts at 6:30 am until school drop off. We provide breakfast and a relaxing environment to start the day before transport to our local schools.

After School Care

We provide after-school care from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. This includes transport from school, afternoon tea, structured activity and supervised freeplay. For those who have SwimMagic lessons let us take care of getting your child there and back to the programme. Speak to us if you are interested in our Chill Out/SwimMagic deal.

Holiday Programme

Our programme runs from 9 am to 3 pm, with extra care available from 6:30 am and until 6 pm. We offer a range of activities including trips around Palmerston North and the Manawatu - movies, aquatic swimming, indoor play park and so much more. Our in-house activities include craft days, active days and group challenges.
