CHILL OUT OCTOBER HOLIDAY PROGRAMME
Join us at the AWARD WINNING Papakura Leisure Chill Out for our exciting upcoming October 2026 Holiday Programme.
Arena Entertainment, Wero Climb, Hawkins Youth Theatre and Auckland Zoo are just some of the exciting activities on offer!
Chill Out offers a safe, stimulating and fun environment for your school aged child/children.
The School Holiday Programme operates from 8:30am-3pm with Before Care 6:15am-8:30am and After Care available from 3pm-6pm.
Children require everyday:
- Lunch
- Drink Bottle
- Closed Toed Shoes
Enrolments fill up fast so you need to get in quick and early to confirm your childs place on the programme. WINZ forms to be completed before the programme starts with a $40 deposit per child before the booking can be approved.

Arena Entertainment
Ages 5-13 onlyGet ready for an EPIC day out at Arena Entertainment. Our holiday programme crew is heading to Arena Entertainment for a day of high energy fun including, one hour of inflatables, one hour on the giant playground and 30 minutes arcade play. Socks required for this one!
Franklin Day Rave, Pool Party
Ages 5-13 onlyGrab your togs and towel and join us for an epic Day Rave, Pool Party at the Franklin Leisure Centre. There will be games, music, competitions, aqua runs, floaties and emcee extraordinaire Neven on deck to get everyone hyped and having a good time.
The Iron Yard
Ages 5-13 onlyFreshly renovated and newly opened, The Iron Yard in Paerata is the latest place to be. Boasting a brand-new mini golf course and cutting-edge driving range, let's check out what all the hype is about. Everyone will get a round of mini golf and time on the driving range along with a quick intro to golf. Treats for the longest drive and any hole in one on the day!
Wero Climb
Ages 5-13 onlyGet ready to climb, conquer and have a blast. Our holiday programme is heading to Wero Climb for an action-packed day of climbing. With the kids course available for children 100-140cm high and the full course available for anyone 10+ years and over 125cm there will be something for every age and skill level. Cheer on your friends and get climbing. Proper closed toe shoes required.
PJ and Device Day
Ages 5-13 onlyTime to roll out of bed and into the ultimate Chill Out day. Throw on your coziest pyjamas, pack your device and charger and join us as we Chill Out for the most relaxing day around. We will provide an arcade board boasting over 100 games as well as some VR headsets for everyone to enjoy.
Auckland Zoo
Ages 5-13 onlyWe're going to the zoo, zoo, zoo..... Our holiday programme is heading to Auckland Zoo for a day packed with amazing animals, exploring, learning and plenty of fun. From cheeky monkeys to lions and everything in between, there'll be so much to see and discover. This day has lots of walking so make sure to wear comfortable, closed toe shoes.
Auckland Museum - Juniors
Ages 5-9 onlyGet ready for a day packed with discovery, history, fascinating stories and plenty of exploring. Our juniors will head off on an adventure through Auckland Museum, discovering incredible taonga, learning about Aotearoa's past and uncovering some of the amazing stories that make NZ unique.
Escape Masters - Seniors
Ages 9-13 onlyThink you've got what it takes to escape? Seniors, get ready for a day of mystery, teamwork, puzzles and challenges as we put our brains to the test in an epic Escape Room adventure. Can you crack the clues, solve the puzzles and beat the clock? Tick tock, tick tock...
MPP Day Rave
Ages 5-13 onlyMassey Park Pools are turning pool day into the ultimate Wave Rave with music, games, competitions, lazy river, hydroslide, aquarun and awesome vibes followed up with a sausage sizzle lunch. Pack your togs and towel for a pool party like no other!
Hawkins Theatre - Shrek the Musical
Ages 5-13 onlyEveryone's favourite ogre is back in the hilarious stage spectacle based on the Oscar-winning, smash hit film. "Once upon a time, there was a little ogre named Shrek...." And thus begins the tale of an unlikely hero who finds himself on a life-changing journey alongside a wisecracking Donkey and a feisty princess who resists her rescue. Always a great day out with Hawkins Youth Theatre!
Cinema 3 - Forgotten Island
Ages 5-13 onlyWe are rounding out the holidays with a visit to our favourite Cinema 3. Sit back and relax while we watch Forgotten Island on the big screen with your choice of two snacks: coke, sprite, popcorn and ice cream. Forgotten Island is the adventure of two childhood best friends who are transported through a portal to a fantastical island Nakali, where memories start to fade the longer one remains.
