CHILL OUT SUMMER HOLIDAY PROGRAMME
Join us at the AWARD WINNING Papakura Leisure Chill Out for our exciting upcoming Summer 2025/2026 Holiday Programme.
Rainbows End, Crystal Mountain, Totara Park and lots of swimming are just some of the exciting activities on offer!
Chill Out offers a safe, stimulating and fun environment for your school aged child/children.
The School Holiday Programme operates from 8:30am-3pm with Before Care 6:15am-8:30am and After Care available from 3pm-6pm.
Children require everyday:
- Lunch
- Drink Bottle
- Sun Hat
- Closed Toed Shoes
- Togs & towel/change of clothes
Enrolments fill up fast so you need to get in quick and early to confirm your childs place on the programme. WINZ forms to be completed before the programme starts with a $40 deposit per child before the booking can be approved.

Park and Movies!
Ages 5-13 onlyTo kick start the summer holidays, we will head to a couple of local parks to burn off energy and enjoy some fresh air before heading back to Chill Out and Chilling Out with some movies for the afternoon.
Christmas Crafts and Baking
Ages 5-13 onlyLet your creative juices flow with a day dedicated to Christmas themed crafts and painting. We will also be dusting off our aprons and baking up a storm throughout the day with some sweet and savoury team baking activities.
Totara Park
Ages 5-13 onlyTotara Park is home to a network of walking tracks through native forests. You can look out for kauri, puriri, rimu and totara trees, home to a wide range of native birdlife, including kereru (woodpigeon), tui and piwakawaka (fantail). There are also picnic tables, tennis courts, swimming pools and an adventure playground at the park, what's not to love! Don't forget your togs and towel!
Christmas Party and Share Lunch
Ages 5-13 onlyHo Ho Ho, Merry Christmas! We will be having our annual Chill Out Christmas Party and shared lunch, so head along with your favourite plate and let's all be jolly!
Massey Park Pools!
Ages 5-13 onlyLet's end the week with a splash! We are heading to Massey Park Pools in Papakura for the day. With all pools open for the summer, the lazy river and hydroslide, the only question is whether to swim inside or out? Togs and towel required.
Summer Days at the Beach
Ages 5-13 onlyLet's load up the vans with sports and beach equipment and take off for a relaxing day at the beach. We will have some group games, beach combing, swimming and a whole lot of fun. Pack a bag for your treasures, a sunhat and your togs and towel.
MPP Pools Day Rave
Ages 5-13 onlyWe are off to Massey Park Pools in Papakura to join in on their Day Rave. Wave Pool, Hydroslide, Lazy River, Music, Games, Prizes and lots of fun! Don't forget togs and towel for this one!
Games Day
Ages 5-13 onlyJoin us for a fun filled Christmas Eve full of games, competitions, dancing, music, spot prizes, bouncy castle and a whole lot of fun.
Jubilee Pools
Ages 5-13 onlyWe are joining forces with the Franklin Chill Out team and heading to the Jubilee Pools in Pukekohe. Boasting an Olympic sized 50m pool, toddler pool and shaded picnic area, there is room for everyone. Don't forget togs and towel.
Tie Dye and Water Fight
Ages 5-13 onlyGrab something white and prepare to get messy while you create your tie dye masterpiece. Once we have finished with the tie dye, we will cool off with an epic water fight. Bring a change of clothes or togs and a towel.

Strawberry Picking
Ages 5-13 onlyWe are heading to the local strawberry fields where we will each get to wander the fields picking our own strawberries to take home. To reward all our hard work, we will finish off with a real fruit ice cream before heading back to the centre.

Ages 5-13 onlySummer days are here and there is nothing more Kiwi than a day at the beach. Beach combing, games and lots more fun. Bring togs, towel and a bag for your treasure.
Pt Erin Pools
Ages 5-13 onlyJoin us as we visit our friends at Pt Erin Pools. With a 33m pool, aqua run, dive well and slides there is fun to be had by all. Let's dive on in! Togs and towel required.
Hamilton Zoo!
Ages 5-13 onlySpanning over 25 hectares and boasting over 450 exotic animals, Hamilton Zoo is the perfect place to enjoy something a little bit different. If we are lucky, we might even get to experience an animal encounter or two. Make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and a sunhat.
Top Team- Fun Day!
Ages 5-13 onlyA full day geared towards teamwork and fun. A day of team races and challenges with a bit of everything thrown in, from the iconic egg and spoon race to gumboot throw, sack race and obstacle course. This day will have it all!
Hungerball
Ages 5-13 onlyThe legendary team at Hungerball return with their much-loved arena! Get imaginative with your team while you have fun and battle it out in this giant 6-sided inflatable arena. In this sport you need to be goalkeeper and scorer, do you have what it takes? Let the games begin!
Totara Park!
Ages 5-13 onlyDue to the sheer size of the park, it is too much to get a around and see in one day. So, we are heading back to Totara Park to continue our exploration of the beautiful native trees and birds the park has on offer. Make sure to wear comfy walking shoes and a sunhat, and pack your togs and towel.
Rainbows End!
Ages 5-13 onlyIt's time for everyone's favourite trip, Rainbows End. With an all-day super pass and the return of the much loved, Pirate's Ship, there is hours of fun to be had. Comfy walking shoes and a sunhat required.
Beach Days

Zone Bowling
Ages 5-13 onlyTime to escape the sun and enjoy a day at Zone Bowling's largest site in Manukau. Kicking off with a game of ten pin bowling and followed by a game of laser strike, who will come out on top? To finish off, everyone will get 30mins arcade play making this the ultimate destination for fun!
Treasure Island Mini Golf
Ages 5-13 onlyJoin us at Australasia's largest adventure golf course as we putt our way around their two amazing courses. Putt over waterfalls, around shark, crocodile and eel infested waters and hear the cannon blast! Treats on the day for any hole in ones!
Pt Erin Pools!
Ages 5-13 onlyJoin us as we visit our friends at Pt Erin Pools. With a 33m pool, aqua run, dive well and slides there is fun to be had by all. Let's dive on in! Togs and towel required.
Crystal Mountain
Ages 5-13 onlyWhether you are into crystals or not, Crystal Mountain has something for everyone! Travel by elevator to the Crystal Mine Museum in the heart of Crystal Mountain. Then tour the animal park by tractor and don't forget the roller coaster and indoor rides and playground. Must have socks for this one. No socks, no play!
Jubilee Pools and Park Adventure
Ages 5-13 onlyLet's make the most of the sunshine and dive into Pukekohe's 50m Olympic sized swimming pool. We will also be checking out some of the local parks and playgrounds Pukekohe has on offer while we are out and about. Don't forget sunhat, togs and towel!
Movie Time!
Ages 5-13 onlyTo round out an adventure packed holiday, let's put our feet up and watch the latest SpongeBob Squarepants movie on the big screen. SpongeBob is joined by all his favourite friends as they journey to the depths of the ocean to face the Flying Dutchman's ghost. Your choice of two snacks: popcorn, ice cream and drink available.
