Summer Holiday Programme 2026
Get ready for a fun-filled summer with our Holiday Programme! Packed with exciting activities, it's perfect for children aged 5-13 to stay active and make great memories!

Programme Details
Location:
- Tahnunanui Comminuty Hub
Drop-off and Pick-up Times
Drop-off: Between 8:00 am and 9:00 am
- Please ensure your child arrives by 9:00 am so we can start on time.
- If you are running late, contact Kayla on 027 880 2834.
Pick-up: Between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm
What to Bring
- Sunhat: Wide-brim or bucket hat (clearly named, mandatory).
- Drink Bottle: Named (a $2 fee applies for a basic bottle if forgotten).
- Spare Clothing: Mandatory for children aged 7 and under.
- Weather-Appropriate Clothing: Shoes, socks, and a raincoat.
- Food: Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
- Sunblock: Optional if you prefer your own (we will have some available).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to 8:00 am on the day of the booking to avoid full charges.
- Late cancellations will be charged in full.
- Timely cancellations will result in a credit added to your account.
- Refund inquiries can be directed to the programme coordinator at richmondchillout@clmnz.co.nz
Vacant spaces will be offered to waitlisted families.

Ages 5-13 onlySun, sand, and sea – what more could you need? We’re heading to the beach for a day full of fun in the sun! Splash in the waves, build epic sandcastles, play beach games, or just chill out with your mates. Whether you're getting sandy or staying shady, it's all about good vibes and great times at our Beach Bash & Chill!
Bridge Blitz: Build & Battle!
Ages 5-13 onlyPut your engineering skills to the test in a day of building, balancing, and battling gravity! Using everyday materials, you and your team will design and construct the strongest bridge you can. Will your creation stand tall or crumble under pressure? There’s only one way to find out! Get ready for hands-on fun, friendly competition, and some seriously impressive structures at Chill Out Tahunanui.
Play, Plunge, Picnic Day
Ages 5-13 onlyEnjoy a perfect day of outdoor fun! Start with adventures on the playground, cool off in the pool, and refuel with a relaxing picnic with friends. A day full of laughter, splashes, and tasty treats—what more could you ask for?
Roll & Relax Day
Ages 5-13 onlyStart your day with a spin—literally! We’re kicking things off at the roller-skating rink where you can glide, groove, and show off your moves. After the wheels come off, it’s time to chill out with a relaxed afternoon of games, laughs, and good times with friends.
