September/October School Holiday Programme – Otahuhu Pool & Leisure Centre

We’ve got an action-packed line-up of activities planned that will keep your children entertained, active, and smiling all day long.
At Chill Out, we provide a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for school-aged children – the perfect place for them to make friends, try new things, and enjoy the break.

Mini-Games (In-House)
Ages 5-13 onlyKick off the holidays with a burst of fun! We’ll play a mix of quick-fire challenges, obstacle courses, team relays, and silly games to get everyone laughing and moving. Perfect for making new friends and starting the week with energy! Bring spare togs as we may be swimming in the afternoon.
Chill Out Field Day (Trip Day)
Ages 5-13 onlyWe’re heading outdoors for a full day of games in the fresh air! Expect tug-of-war, relay races, Multisport and time to relax under the sun with your friends. Don’t forget your hat, lunch, and a water bottle!
Master Chef (In-House)
Ages 5-13 onlyStep into our kitchen challenge! You’ll team up to create tasty snacks and fun food art, then present your creations for our friendly taste test. A delicious day for everyone!
Skateland (Trip Day)
Ages 5-13 onlyGet your skates on! Whether you’re a pro or a beginner, Skateland is all about music, lights, and fun on wheels. We’ll have games, free skate time, and plenty of chances to show off your moves.
Pyjama & Movie Day (In-House)
Ages 5-13 onlyThe comfiest day of the programme! Wear your favourite PJs, bring a blanket if you like, and settle in for a day of movies, popcorn, and relaxed games with friends. Bring spare togs for a swim!
Messy Play Day (In-House)
Ages 5-13 onlyGet ready to get messy! We’ll dive into slime making, paint splatter art, bubble foam, and other creative activities. Old clothes to wear is recommended! Heading to the pools afterwards for a swim!
Bush Walk/Scavenger Hunt (Trip Day)
Ages 5-13 onlyAdventure awaits! We’ll explore scenic tracks and work together to complete a nature scavenger hunt. A mix of fun, learning, and fresh air. You wont want to miss out!
Sports Mania (In-House)
Ages 5-13 onlyA high energy day packed with basketball, dodgeball, soccer, and stadium games. We’ll mix up individual challenges with fun team events, something for every sports lover! Chilling for the rest of the day in the pools so be sure to bring your togs.
Movies on the big screen (Trip Day)
Ages 5-13 onlyWe’re off to the cinema for the full movie experience, comfy seats, surround sound, and the latest blockbuster on the big screen. Spaces are limited, you won't want to miss out!
BBQ/Shared Lunch (In-House)
Ages 5-13 onlyLet’s wrap up the holidays together! Bring a plate of food to share, enjoy party games, and celebrate all the fun memories made over the past two weeks. Games and swimming all day so be sure to bring spare togs!
