Experience the Ultimate Fun Line-Up! From learning how to keep safe while in the water, zooming down slides and flipping on trampolines, putting on our Chefs hat for cake decorationg to movie days and parties there is something for everybody

Make a Splash at the Richmond Aquatic Centre! Our programme ensures trips to the fantastic Richmond Aquatic Centre pools, so don't forget your swim gear! Plus, we've got your back with extended hours until 6pm for those who need a little extra care.

Important Information for Parents and Caregivers is emailed to parents a week before the programme begins! It covers drop-off and pick-up times, what to pack and contact information, and all the programme details. Remember, roll call is at 9 am at Waimea Intermediate School Hall, and we close at 4 pm. Extended care is available until 6 pm if needed. Please anticipate possible schedule changes due to weather. Notify us 72 hours in advance for a refund in case of your child's absence. Absences on the day are charged at the full rate.

WINZ Subsidies available, we're MSD Approved, and families in our community can save up to 80% on fees through WINZ subsidies. Drop by the Centre for assistance with forms. Plan ahead to make the most of this opportunity.

Richmond Chill Out - Where Every Moment is an Adventure!

Important Information: 

Programme Location: The programme is based at Waimea Intermediate School Hall, located at 48 Salisbury Road, Richmond 7020.

Drop-off and Pick-up Times:

• Drop-off: Between 8:00 am and 9:00 am. Please ensure your child is here by 9 am to maintain our schedule.
• Pick-up: Between 3:40 pm and 4:00 pm (unless enrolled in After Care).
• After Care children will return to the Richmond Aquatic Centre at 4:15 pm. Collection for After Care will be from the Chill Out room at the Richmond Aquatic Centre, accessible via the back of the building off Salisbury Road.

Health Guidelines: We require both children and staff to stay home if they display cold and flu symptoms. Any individual showing symptoms during the day will be sent home.

What to Bring: Please ensure your child/children have the following items each day:

• Togs and towel
• Spare change of clothing (mandatory for children aged 7 and under)
• Appropriate clothing, shoes, and socks for daily activities
• Sufficient morning tea and lunch
• Raincoat on wet days
• Drink bottle
• Sunhat
• Sunblock

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to 8 am on the day of the booking; otherwise, full fees will apply. If canceled on time, the cost of the day will be added as account credit. For refund inquiries, please contact the programme coordinator at richmondchillout@clmnz.co.nz. Vacant spaces will be offered to waitlisted individuals.
